Deal Overview

Inner Circle Capital Advisors arranged the acquisition financing for land that will be used for development of tiny-home community in Raleigh. The Bank financing the acquisition will also be providing Phase 2 and Phase 3 construction funding once the project is shovel ready. Construction financing will be at higher leverage but the same rate/fees.

The tiny-home community project aims to provide a vibrant and connected housing to digital nomads, creatives, and remote workers. This movement aims to provide residents the freedom to move between various communities while preserving it’s unique feel and high-quality amenities.
