Phase II encompasses the completion of remaining horizontal infrastructure improvements, as well as the vertical construction of 20 newly developed tiny homes. This expansion builds upon the initial phase and continues the project’s strategic execution. The development represents a first-of-its-kind residential concept designed specifically for the growing “digital nomad” demographic. The community is structured to provide residents with lifestyle flexibility, including the ability to seamlessly relocate among affiliated communities within the broader network.
This financing positions the project for continued growth and supports the sponsor’s vision of delivering a differentiated, mobility-focused housing solution tailored to today’s remote workforce. The loan comes with a 2-year interest only period to develop and stabilize the asset before converting over to a 30-year amortization.
