Inner Circle Capital arranged the acquisition and financing for a 18-unit townhome community located in Albemarle, NC. The transaction was completed using a private lender to close the deal within 35 days as part of a distressed acquisition as all the units were vacant. Inner Circle Capital also sourced the deal, provided the earnest money deposit, as well as due diligence and advisory services to facilitate the acquisition for a repeat client.

This deal highlights Inner Circle Capital’s continued success in delivering tailored financing solutions for multifamily investors. While this was not the lowest rate option on the table, this loan met the sponsors needs for a quick closing, low cash to close, interest rate in the single-digits, and the ability to sell individual townhomes.
