Inner Circle Capital Advisors successfully arranged acquisition financing for two mobile home communities in Muscatine, IA. Financing for the out of market investors was sourced through a local bank lender that provided a 75% LTV loan with a 5-year fixed rate at 6.50% on a 20-year amortization schedule. The acquisition of the undervalued properties allows the investors to build out their portfolio of mobile home communities in the Iowa market and add value to the communities by adding homes to vacant pads, billing back utilities and bumping rents to market rates.
