Inner Circle Capital arranged financing for the purchase and improvement of an 18-unit multifamily property in Milwaukee, WI. The sponsors were out of state investors looking to acquire and improve the property. Inner Circle Capital secured a loan for 80% loan-to-cost, including rehab. Structuring the loan this way allowed the sponsors to reduce their capital investment, providing for a higher ROI. The loan also provided 1-year interest only and a small earn-out with a very attractive interest rate and amortization schedule.
