Inner Circle Capital arranged a cash-out refinance on a 16 property rental portfolio located in Marquette, MI.  The owner had acquired the portfolio over a number of years and after completing renovations and rent bumps they were looking to pull out cash to expand their investment portfolio. Inner Circle Capital was able to find a lender that could maximize loan proceeds for the cash out and work through several title challenges brought about by previous lenders and servicers. The deal was also completed with no lender origination fees.
