Inner Circle Capital arranged a cash-out refinance for a 6-unit multifamily property in Dallas, TX. The property had recently undergone extensive renovations and was beginning operation as a short-term rental for all units. Inner Circle Capital was able to secure a refinance on an abbreviated time frame despite no operational history as a STR at 66% LTV by leveraging existing relationships, recapturing most of the sponsor’s invested capital.

The loan also structured in a 6-month interest only period to allow for stabilization.
