The buyer is a long time client that owns several residential, multifamily and commercial properties in Northeast OH and is seeking to expand their investment portfolio by acquiring underperforming properties and increasing cash flow and value by making improvements, bumping rents and increasing occupancy. The lender, a local Ohio bank, was able to structure the loan using pro forma income and expenses.
