Inner Circle Capital Advisors successfully arranged a cash out refinance for a 3 building, 14 unit co-living (multifamily) property located in Bedford, OH. The California based investor had acquired the property several years ago through a high interest rate seller note and after several years of active management to upgrade the units and bump rents, the investor was seeking to capitalize on the recently stabilized property. Despite a unique setup where tenants share common area kitchens and bathrooms, Capital Advisor Chris Peters was able to source an OH based bank lender that was able to pay off the high interest rate seller note and provide additional cash out to the investor so that they may continue to build out their investment portfolio.
