Despite the shorter operating history, the financing achieved 80% loan-to-value with a 6.40% fixed interest rate for five years and a 20-year amortization schedule.

The transaction provided the borrower with long-term rate stability and strong leverage while allowing the property additional time to complete stabilization and optimize operations.
