Inner Circle Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the successful closing of a bridge loan at 75% loan-to-value for a portfolio of six (6) townhomes located in Atlanta, GA. The properties, currently 100% vacant, were originally built for sale; however, our client was unable to complete sales prior to the maturity of their construction loans. Inner Circle Capital Advisors arranged bridge financing to retire the construction debt, allowing the borrower to walk away from closing with $450,000 in cash-out proceeds, while retaining the flexibility to either lease the homes for income or sell them individually in the market.
